Is your yard an eyesore? Weeds -- or worse, grubs -- smothering the few remaining blades of grass?

Here's a chance to win a lawn makeover worth up to $10,000.

worstlawn.ca, a new landscaping company, is holding a contest to find Ottawa's ugliest lawns. All you have to do is upload a photo or video with a short description of why your lawn is worthy of a makeover. Deadline for submissions is July 31.

'After finding the worst of the worst, we'll deliver instant grassification to Ottawa's top three most dishevelled lawns ... with a little help from our friends at Manderley Turfgrass, Expert Irrigation, Green Unlimited and Landscape Depot.'

The lawn with the most votes wins a $10,000 makeover. Second and third prize winners get $6,000 in landscaping services.
